Optivo’s Lettings Team is looking to expand, to continue our excellent performance and take on new challenges in the future. This role would be to work on a Fixed Term Contract for 12 months.

As Optivo’s Lettings Officer the successful candidate will have what it takes to meet and exceed challenging targets. You’ll be working closely with our Neighbourhoods and Independent Living teams, Asset Management, and key Local Authority partners.
Our aims are to reduce our void turn around, deliver fantastic customer service and provide quality homes- would you like to be a part of that?
What you'll need
You’ll be an excellent communicator, IT literate and able to work as part of a close-knit team. It is important to be organised in all administrative duties and have a keen eye for detail.
Knowledge of Lettings experience prefered, however training will be provided.
We are currently all working from home. This is likely to continue, with the possibility of returning to the office for part of the week in the future.
Our offices are based in Croydon (London), Battle (Sussex), Sittingbourne (Kent), and Birmingham (Midlands).
