The successful candidate will have ideally worked for a Housing Association, House Builder and/or Local Authority in a similar position carrying out Technical Management, Pre-construction or Design management duties.
You’ll have a professional qualification such as RICS, MCIOB, ARB or equivalent in relation to this role.
You’ll have knowledge of the construction technology and sustainability in the built environment including statutory compliance.
You’ll have an excellent understanding of current Building Regulations and other regulatory documents within the construction industry.
You’ll have experience managing strategic Development projects relating to Technical Design, Safety, Aftercare, Innovation, specifications, and Employer's Requirements.
You’ll also need to have a full UK Driving licence and access to a vehicle.
