Bank Night Care Assistants

Are you looking for flexible work that can fit around other commitments? Are you passionate about providing effective and safe care to vulnerable adults?

We are recruiting Bank Night Care Assistants who can work at either Rodney House in Walton on Thames or Langdown in West Molesey between the hours of 10.15pm and 7.15am.

Rodney House and Langdown are residential care homes for adults with learning disabilities and sometimes complex health needs. Some of our residents need waking night staff to ensure they are safe and cared for through the night. This may involve regular documented checks and the delivery of personal care. When not working directly with the residents, it will be your responsibility to help keep the home and its contents safe and clean in line with enhanced infection control measures.

You will need to be passionate about providing effective and safe care and, as such, self motivated and driven to deliver an outstanding service. We conduct regular night audits and will expect you to be awake at all times.
