he role will be as part of an Outstanding established provision offering short breaks to children with disabilities from the age from 8-18.

You will develop safe and secure relationships with the children, parents and external agencies.

You will ensure that that you work towards agreed outcomes for the children accessing our Outstanding provision.

You will deliver a person centred holistic approach to the children we care for, working to care plans, risk assessments and positive outcomes.

We are looking for a hardworking, reliable, positive and child focused individual who can help deliver an outstanding service.

You will be qualified to Diploma level 3 or willing to work towards completion. Have preferably experience in a similar field but not essential.

You will have a track record of working with children, adults or within the care sector or have transferable skills. You will be enthusiastic and willing to learn and also bring experience.

We want to continue to provide and outstanding service and develop.
