Starting salary £16,093 per annum (£8.51 per hour)
Both 18-month fixed term training contracts
For each of the apprenticeships you will learn and undertake various activities that you will be able to evidence as part of the Customer Service
Practitioner Course you will be undertaking in conjunction with Stephenson College, Coalville.
Administration Apprentice (Housing Management)
Working in the Housing Management Team assisting with administrative duties to support a busy tenant focussed team. You must be passionate to learn and want to provide great customer service with a smile on your face. You will be required to communicate with customers on a daily basis and carry out your duties efficiently, effectively and with a high degree of accuracy. Housing Management focuses on delivering high quality service and the successful candidate must be confident in dealing with a range of customers both over the telephone and face to face with particular emphasis on providing clear advice to customers sometimes of a complex nature. Administration Apprentice (Systems)
Working in the Housing Strategy & Systems Team assisting with administrative duties supporting the systems team support the wider Housing Service. The successful candidate will gain experience of ICT Housing Systems, Rent Accounting management as well as housing advice and managing homelessness. You must be passionate about providing great customer service, carrying out duties efficiently and effectively and continuing to build the reputation of the council and the Housing Service.
