We provide effective community alternatives to Youth Detention Accommodation; which protect the public and prevent re-offending, whilst also supporting young people through the court process.
Applicants should be social work qualified or have formal experience of working with families and young people within the criminal justice arena. You must possess good assessment and report writing skills and be able to prioritise your workload to meet strict timelines.
Duties will include designing and delivering bail supervision programmes, collaborative input regarding remands to local authority accommodation and conducting safeguarding and vulnerability assessments.
Some out-of-office hours are required and you must have access to a vehicle for work and business purposes during core hours.
