Job Title - Land Charges Officer
Salary Range - £26,815 - £29,405 (scale 5)
This is an exciting opportunity to join a small team to deal with land charges. We are a forward-thinking service and are the first authority in Surrey to have moved its data across to the Land Registry.
Ideally we are looking for an individual who has some experience of working in land charges and the relevant legislation, but it will be equally important for the successful candidate to have the right skills.
The post is ideally suited to someone who has a high level of organisational ability, is able to focus on detail and can work unsupervised. Training will be given on the computer system we use for the successful candidate.

Please note that this role is currently home based as a result of the Coronavirus pandemic. This is kept under constant review and subject to change. However, there will still be a requirement to come into the office on daily basis each morning for an hours or two to do to do the printing and scanning which is an integral part of the role and cannot be done from home.
