As part of the Education Improvement Team you will work with schools and partners to celebrate good practice, raise standards and improve school effectiveness. You will be an ambitious senior leader with a track record in delivering sustained school improvement and you will ensure continuous improvement and high standards.
Applicants will be able to demonstrate relevant leadership experience and should have a good understanding of national and local educational challenges, a strong awareness of the critical factors in school leadership and an appreciation of how to sustain quality first teaching and learning. You will be required to work across all key stages but experience of working within the Early Years sector is desirable.
