The Council is about to embark on a major project which will see significant changes across many of its back-office processes and is seeking a two Business Change Analysts for a period of 12 months with the drive and ambition to #bethedifference.

 

As the Business Change Analyst, you will work with a variety of stakeholders to understand, improve, redesign and document business and technical processes.  The role will involve being a mediator between different departments and working collaboratively across the Council to drive improvement.

 

The ideal candidate will have the following experience:

 

'              Proven background within a Business Analyst role.

'              Strong attention to detail

'              Ability to analyse, interpret and document complex business processes and business requirements

'              Excellent verbal and written communication skills

'              Ability to work to deadlines, balance conflicting priorities and manage own workload

'              Knowledge of lean methodologies

'              Knowledge of financial systems and processes, specifically ERP is desirable

'              Project Management is desirable

 

Interview anticipated for week commencing 24th May 2021.
