ECS Project Officer

We are looking an experienced individual to join our Community Safety team as a Project Officer. This is a maternity cover position, working full time hours for a 9 month fixed term contract.

This is an exciting role, managing a variety of community safety based projects within Swale in conjunction with other partnership agencies and internal council teams. The post holder will also be responsible for coordinating the Community Safety Partnership including its meetings, delivery of actions and overall performance management.

The successful post holder will need to have excellent project management skills and at least ones years experience within a similar field; they will need to be able to use their initiative to seek opportunities and develop the projects and other areas of service delivery; and will need to have excellent organisational and performance management skills.  

We anticipate the start date for this role to be mid to end of July 2021.

Whilst the role is based from Swale House in Sittingbourne, there is flexibility with regards to your work location.
