Building Facilities Manager

The starting salary for this position is £40,227 per annum based on a 36 hour week.

Could you lead our onsite Facilities Management Team to support delivery of our Agile Office Programme?

Are you able to implement new ways of working for staff working at our Woking Office to deliver key Services to residents?

We have an opportunity for the right candidate to join our Facilities Team, managing up to four key corporate offices and associated satellite offices across the West of the Surrey. You will report to a Service Facilities Manager delivering effective and compliant Facilities Management across sites for Land and Property.

This role will act as a focal point for building users, where you will lead your team, working closely with Land and Property colleagues and contractors to deliver accommodation that meets the requirements of our users. This role provides a busy front of house reception function and therefore requires effective operation on the frontline to meet a variety of visitor requirements delivering these to a high standard to promote a highly regarded Land and Property Service.

To be successful in this role you will have a good grounding in Health & Safety and an understanding of building compliance to allow you to manage appropriate site inspections and to mitigate risk. You will be passionate about high quality customer service and continuous improvement to effectively deliver building facilities services. You will directly line manage a large Facilities Team, where you will supervise the performance and development of staff to meet individual, team, and Corporate aspirations.
