The Lexcel accredited Legal Services department has over 100 employees, it is one of the largest legal departments in local government and provides a full legal service across all specialisms to both the county council and to other public sector bodies.

The Paralegal role is an important role  in Legal Services, assisting the lawyers in the Commercial Law team on legal/administrative matters, including drafting legal agreements.

Ideally, we are looking for someone who has had exposure of and/or experience in contract, company or procurement law including some drafting and negotiating experience as the individual will be required to carry out these tasks.
