Lead Building Surveyor

Looking for a new opportunity to shine and showcase your expertise?

Runnymede Borough Council, based in Surrey is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Building Surveyor to join the team within the newly set up Strategic Land and Property Assets team.

Acting as the Lead surveyor to the reactive and planned building surveying team, you will provide a high-quality building surveying service for all of Runnymede’s properties and infrastructure and will be responsible for ensuring a well-maintained, statutory-compliant property portfolio.

You will have a sound understanding of building services technology including maintenance, repair, and replacement techniques.  You will be an excellent team player and have the ability to project manage complex projects to ensure all our projects are guided to a successful conclusion within time and budget.
