Hertfordshire County Council Services for Young People are recruiting 3 x Project Officers to work closely with the Area Team Managers and Team Leaders in the planning and delivery of high-quality youth work, information, advice, guidance and support to young people.
You will have excellent organisational, project management and administrative skills with good attention to detail.
You will need good interpersonal skills to form constructive relationships with a range of staff, across the area team, within Children’s Services as well as with stakeholders and partners, responding effectively to queries and requests.
Good ICT skills are essential including a working knowledge of Microsoft suite and proficient use of social media. This role will suit organised individuals who enjoy working to deadlines and taking on new challenges.
You will analyse, interpret and report on data to support and improve the delivery of services to young people.
You will have the ability to produce well-structured reports and presentations, highlighting issues and recommendations as directed. The ability to manage and oversee the allocation of funds relating to identified projects and report on spend against budget is important.
