Full Time (Fixed Term) Class Teacher (M1/NQT)
The Governors at St Philip’s C of E Primary school are looking to appoint an inspiring and hardworking Classroom Teacher (temporary) from September 2021, on a fixed term basis to 31/08/2021 to work in lower KS2.
We are looking for an enthusiastic teacher; someone with sparkle who lives out Christian Values; someone to help us ensure that every one of our children is able to shine; someone who understands the science behind learning and can commit 100% to our whole school family; someone who has a strong belief in themselves and their own personal development and is willing to model self-love and self-care to our children.
We are looking for a hardworking, team player, an individual committed to the highest standards of learning and behaviour, who makes learning fun and ensures that children love school.
We are looking for a teacher who is able to work in partnership with parents and bring that little something extra to our wonderful school. Someone who understands the needs of our children and will go the extra mile to give all our children the love and care that they need.
Applicants should state curriculum strengths, areas of expertise or additional qualifications and skills. NQT’s and recently qualified teachers are most welcome to apply. We are particularly looking for candidates with an interest in RE, Science, Maths or English but will consider other subject areas.
The successful candidate will be someone who is keen to support our Pupil Leadership groups and contribute to the wider curriculum including our after-school club offer and will help us foster precious church links. An element of responsibility for subject leadership will form part of the role.
