Project Support Officer

Fixed Term until 31st March 2022

Part Time - 22 hours per week

We currently have a vacancy for a part time Project Support Officer within Children’s Services on a fixed term contract until 31 March 2022.  

In response to the second wave of Covid 19 Wokingham Borough Council Children’s Services have developed a dedicated task force to support schools and social care settings for Wokingham Borough children and those who attend out of the borough settings for education or social care purposes.

The Project Support Officer will support work towards maintaining effective and regular communication with settings, to include daily reviewing of central government guidance, keeping abreast of legislative changes and responding to positive case notifications and queries received through the taskforce mailbox.

The successful candidate will have experience of Microsoft Office applications, the ability to research effectively and have excellent communication skills to liaise with key stakeholders.
