Data Analyst (Asset Management)

Do you have extensive experience as a Data Analyst? Are you methodical, analytical and diligent when leading and delivering engaging projects? If so, a fabulous opportunity has arisen to join our Asset Management Team based in Sittingbourne or Croydon as a Data Analyst.

In this exciting role, you will

  • Support and manage our in-house Asset Management database (APEX) which underpins stock condition information to enable business planning and investment programmes of up to £1 billion.
  • Ensure quality and integrity of data from all areas of the business in specified format for import into core systems. Creation and monitoring of interface files resolving all data errors. 
  • Create and maintain annual Programmes within Planned, Servicing, Survey & Inspection modules for the directorate.
  • Take ownership and lead engaging training programmes for Internal staff to ensure our Asset Management system is used effectively.

You’ll have previous experience of working in a similar role, demonstrating a good understanding of Property Asset Management.

You’ll be well-versed in a variety of Asset Management Systems, ideally having some experience of using APEX.

You’ll have previous experience interrogating databases, running scenario reports, creating controls and processes in a variety of packages such as, Microsoft Excel/ bespoke system. Working collaboratively across a wide range of internal stakeholders.

You’ll be an excellent communicator, and have excellent attention to detail to ensure nothing slips through the cracks. You'll have a proven ability to establish personal credibility with a range of stakeholders, and able to build trust with colleagues quickly.
