You could earn up to £30,189 per annum as a Multi-Skilled Plumber with access to a great pension scheme.
The successful candidate will also be issued with a company vehicle and set of power tools.

You will be joining a busy team that carries out all types of multiple responsive repairs and new component installations across a diverse range of predominantly occupied and some vacant properties. Ideally we are looking for people who have multi-skill experience in working in social housing responsive repairs and which includes carpentry, minor plastering and helping other trades when required.

We are looking for highly qualified plumbers that can work efficiently and safely so you must:
* Hold a NVQ / City in Guilds Level 2 in Plumbing or an industry recognised equivalent and hold WRAS Water Regs.
* Have a working knowledge and understanding of the relevant Health and Safety Legislation and safe working practices.
* And as you will be issued with Company Vehicle you must hold a current full driving licence.
Full-time - 37 hours per week. You will be part of the out of hours rota and paid in for this in accordance with the agreed Standby Policy and we also pay just under £50 laundry allowance per year!
