Subject Leader of Art
Full-time MPS/UPS plus TLR 2b (£4,790)
We require from 1st September 2021 a talented Teacher of Art with energy and proven leadership and management experience, to lead this key area.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an inspirational and innovative leader to play an integral role in our school, building on the great many achievements.
We expect that you will already have made an impact on the outcomes of students in your classes and may already have experience of supporting other colleagues to transform standards across a team. You will be able to articulate a vision for developing academic pathways for artists from 11-18, and will be ready to lead with confidence on assessment, teaching and learning. We expect you will be an experienced teacher of art with the ability to teach up to A-level.
