This is an exciting opportunity to join a multi-disciplined team delivering core support services across the council. Focused on Human Resources, you will play a key role in providing a high quality and comprehensive HR service to all managers and staff. This really is a varied and fast paced role, encompassing all aspects of HR administration, from recruitment to payroll and everything in-between, as well as providing the opportunity to play a part in large scale projects. You’ll certainly need to have some HR experience, excellent organisation skills and the ability to work effectively in a matrix style environment. But above all else, if you’re a pro-active, customer focused individual excited by the challenge of undertaking a central and all-encompassing HR role, then we want to hear from you.
