An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Private Sector Housing team to help assist with the delivery of our aim to ensure that the residents of Welwyn Hatfield who live in the Private Sector are in safe, good quality and well managed homes.

As our Senior Support Officer, you will assist in the effective running of our Landlord Accreditation (PAL) scheme. You will take the lead in the promotion and development of the scheme by provding a customer focused service. With responsibility for marketing the service, you will maintain the website and social media accounts and assist with the preparation and delivery of events.

it is essential you have excellent administrative skills to be successful in this role. You will need to have great customer service skills, be good at prioritising your work to meet deadlines but also flexible to meet the needs of the service and our customers. You must therefore have experience of working a busy office dealing with customer enquiries. You will need excellent MS Office skills and ideally have experience of raising and processing orders and invoices on a financial management system. A qualification in marketing would be an advantage.
