We have two vacancies for a Database Co-ordinator to join our new Compliance and Safety team. Supporting officers to deliver an effective and efficient service to the Council, you will be responsible for updating the compliance databases and to assist in coordinating the compliance testing and servicing programmes.
It’s varied work, you will also assist in identifying the performance of individual assets and properties. In addition, you will assist in developing short and long-term investment plans, providing full systems support to the Asset and Compliance business unit.
You will ensure that asset management systems and other data sources including the Asset Management Database, the programmed works systems, the asbestos register and vulnerability data are maintained and continually updated for effective business use. The role will also provide direct support to the wider Asset and Compliance team working very closely with the Compliance Surveyors and linkages into the Councils central ICT function.
You’ll possess A-C grades in GCSE English and Mathematics or equivalent, and hold a relevant ICT qualification. You’ll have demonstrable experience of working in an office environment and be competent at managing and analysing data in Excel.
