The Regeneration team, sitting within the Development directorate, is responsible for the delivery of three high profile regeneration projects  (Grahame Park, Barnet, Woodberry Down, Hackney and the Aylesbury Estate, Southwark) that will deliver over 10,000 new homes and wider placemaking over the next fifteen years under a variety of partnership and development agreements.

Following the implementation of social impact frameworks on Grahame Park and Woodberry Down and our recent successful planning application for the next stage of our regeneration scheme at Grahame Park Barnet, an opportunity has arisen for a Enterprise & Meanwhile Use Programme Manager to join our Social and Economic Team.

We are looking for a creative and resourceful programme manager to join our social and economic team to lead on our Enterprise and Meanwhile Use programmes on Grahame Park and Woodberry Down regeneration schemes.  You will be responsible for managing the development of an existing business start-up programme, incubating new social enterprises, and supporting local businesses.  You will lead on meanwhile use activities that provides community benefit and contributes to building and sustaining a vibrant and dynamic neighbourhood.

You will be an experienced programme manager with an in-depth track record of developing and managing social enterprises and activating disused spaces and vacant land, while adopting commercial strategies to ensure viability, ideally within housing or built environment context. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to successfully engage with residents, local businesses, and key stakeholders to develop the programmes in collaboration with the regeneration team.
