Are you looking for a new challenge?

Burnley Leisure & Culture is an award-winning leisure operator with a diverse portfolio of sites including golf courses, gyms and leisure centres, professional theatre and parks.

We are looking to recruit an experienced, hardworking and driven Lead Chef to lead our kitchen team and continue the great food and excellent service we have become known for.

It is essential you possess NVQ level 3 qualification in food preparation and cooking or similar qualification.  You must have experience of running a kitchen and managing a kitchen brigade.  You must also be able to demonstrate a passion for fresh food, high consistency, and the ability to motivate and develop your team and drive our business forward.

You must be available to work weekdays, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

Burnley is a great place to live, and your role will act as an ambassador for all our venues and promotion of the local area.  If you are ready for a new challenge and a great opportunity to work with a fantastic team then please apply today.  We offer a great work-life balance and provide all our team with free leisure membership, discount on food and drink, excellent pensions and other benefits.
