We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic Project Manager to join our Housing Systems Implementation Team.

About the role

Are you someone who enjoys a challenge and is always thinking about better ways of working?

If so, you might be the ideal candidate to join our busy Housing Systems Implementation Team.  

Ideally we are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced Project Manager to join our team to help us implement  Phase 2 of the NPS Housing Project. We're due to implement Phase 1 in July this year, which replaces our current Housing Management system.  Phase 2 will be looking at areas such as: Planned Maintenance, Property Lifecycle, Private Sector Leasing, and Mobile working to name a few.  You’ll be working with colleagues across our service to map out their current business processes and help to set up the new system to improve how they work.  You'll help prepare test plans and oversee the work of other members of the team to ensure that the system is working both for staff and for the benefit of our customers. 

This is a fixed term role initially until 31-3-2022 within the Council’s Housing Service.  You will be initially working from home, but our normal location is at the Housing Centre in Moulsecoomb.

Additional information

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is less than 37 hours or term-time only.
