Executive Support Officer

Tunbridge Wells Borough Council strives to improve the services it provides, and is looking for a positive, committed person, with a ‘can-do’ attitude, to join its skilled Executive Support team.

If you are self-motivated, with great organisation and administration skills and are looking for a challenge, Tunbridge Wells Borough Council has an exciting opportunity for you. 

The smooth running of the Executive Support Office is essential in terms of the Council’s reputation with residents, partners, and other stakeholders. This fascinating administration position will provide support to the Chief Executive, Leader of the Council and Mayor, and the Council’s Management Team. The successful candidate will work as Personal Assistant to various senior level positions providing efficient, high-level, day-to-day support.

Alongside this you will assist with the management and support of the Mayor’s civic diary, including planning and organising key civic events such as Remembrance Sunday and the Civic Dinner.

This is a politically restricted post.
