We have a clear and engaging Digital Vision with a focused work programme aligned to delivering on our transformation agenda. This role is critical in supporting our vision to use digital innovation to support an excellent customer experience.
The successful applicant will:
1. Support in the development of online products and processes to support a seamless customer experience
2. Support in the development of internal digitalised products to support a seamless internal customer experience
3. Act a champion for the Council’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
4. Model agile practices in developing fit for purpose products that meet customer needs
Significantly, this role will act as a digital champion, supporting internal and external stakeholders in co-designing products as well as crucially providing that challenge.
Working as part of a dynamic Digital team, the successful applicant will need to be a team player, have excellent communication skills and an entrepreneurial way of working.
This is a fixed term role for 18 months.
