We have an opportunity for a team manager role within our new Projects and Lettings Team. The team secures accommodation for those facing homelessness and this can be either temporary/emergency accommodation or tenancies in the private rented sector. It also develops and implements projects and policy on wider housing issues to ensure continuous service improvement.


You will be responsible for managing a small lettings, placements, projects and tenancy support team to deliver a high quality customer focussed approach to securing accommodation. This includes developing and maintaining robust partnerships with social housing providers and private landlords


Experience and understanding of the challenges within the housing market and those of vulnerable households is essential.  As well as a broader understanding of the policy and legislative framework relating to housing and experience of supervising and mentoring  staff to reach their full potential and achieve positive outcomes for households in need.
