Job Title: Community Nurse Learning Disability Epilepsy Service
Salary Range: Band 5 NHS £24,907 - £30,615 Band 6 NHS £31,365 - £37,890pa plus £1,000 welcome payment
Hours: 37.5 per week

Are you a Qualified nurse, an Epilepsy nurse or a Learning disabilities nurse with interest, knowledge and experience in managing epilepsy? Are you passionate about improving quality in service delivery? Do you like to work as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure best practice in delivering epilepsy care, managing risk, reviewing and optimising care and treatment using evidence based care and innovation?
