The borough of Waverley is a mixture of Town and Rural landscapes and is one of the most wooded areas in the country.
Do you want to be part of an experienced, enthusiastic and multi-disciplinary team responsible for protecting the Borough's treescape and managing its Greenspaces?
Are you looking for a role with variety, where your expertise and experience will assist the Council's Tree & Landscape Officer in the provision of arboricultural and landscape advice in the planning context?
Do your skills currently include a sound knowledge of tree species, tree safety, TPO legislation and an ability to negotiate effectively to achieve desired outcomes?
As a qualified professional with strong people and communication skills, you will have sound knowledge of undertaking tree works to industry standards and be conversant with amenity value assessments.
This is the perfect opportunity to come and develop skills in those areas where perhaps you have not yet had direct experience and further develop your career.
