The Newark Beacon is a well-established business centre, managing all types of businesses and providing a full suite of management services. It plays an integral part in supporting the Council to meet the objectives of its Community Plan by supporting the generation of income. This allows the Council to improve the services it offers residents as well as to provide excellent premises and support for businesses.

The successful candidate will be part of the small management team at the Beacon and, along with the day to day running of the centre and management of staff, will contribute to and deliver on a strategy to ensure that the Centre is used to its fullest potential. In addition to this you will also have the opportunity to support the Asset Management team with the Council’s other Commercial assets.

This post would suit a person with experience of assisting in the operational management of a Business Centre.
