Working Arrangements

The response to COVID-19 is shaping that way many organisations work. The recent roll-out of Microsoft 365 within the organisation has transformed the ability of some of our staff to work remotely while continuing to maintain the same high level of service delivery to our residents. We also recognise the value of some working time spent in the office.

Hillingdon has recently achieved 'Timewise' accreditation which endorses our ongoing commitment to flexible working. A refreshed flexible working policy along with wraparound wellbeing policies will be launched during the summer.
