Salary £23,541 pa - £25,911 pa + Car Allowance up to £1,239 pa
Temporary fixed term to 31 March 2022 subject to future funding

The Mid Sussex Wellbeing Service is part of a county-wide programme in West Sussex to promote healthy lifestyles and prevent ill-health in our local communities. The hub provides information, advice, and signposts local people to services for help and support. The service for Mid Sussex is delivered by Mid Sussex District Council.
The service is currently looking to employ a Wellbeing Advisor to lead on our NHS Health Check service on a temporary contract until 31 March 2022. The post holder will report directly to the Wellbeing Team Lead and will develop and deliver our NHS Health Check service. The post holder will also provide a variety of lifestyle support to adults (18+) through 1:1 appointments and group workshops to elicit sustainable behaviour change.
If you have experience in health and wellbeing and have, a background in project delivery and working with clients to promote behaviour change then we’d like to hear from you.
