This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person to join our dedicated team. We are looking for someone who thrives in a busy atmosphere and works well under pressure.

You will be responsible for a range of duties including the sourcing, preparation, and delivery of all menu items in a busy kitchen environment. You must have a thorough understanding of environmental health regulations and allergen legislation.

Duties will also include offering the highest standard of customer service whilst preparing and serving a range of beverages, operating the till and cleaning and tidying both the indoor and outdoor seating areas.

There is also opportunity to work across departments including the ice cream concession within the park’s grounds, catering and bar work for weddings and events to include Highest Point Festival and the Lancaster Grand Prix.

This post is permanent and is based in the Pavilion Café set in the beautiful, listed grounds of Williamson Park. The hours of work will be 37 hours per week, working on a shift rota basis including weekends, evenings, and bank holidays in line with business need.
