We are currently seeking an Insurance and Risk Specialist. Providing high quality insurance advice and support across all levels of the organisation, you will administer the council’s insurance arrangements and provide cost-effective claims handling. You will also assist with the production of the Corporate Risk Register.
This role relies on initiative and the ability to operate independently so you will need to have at least two years related experience and already have some understanding of insurance and risk within the public sector. But above all else, if you’re a pro-active individual with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships across the organisation swiftly, then we want to hear from you.
