Burnley Leisure is an award-winning leisure operator with a diverse portfolio of sites including golf courses, gyms and leisure centres, professional theatre, and parks.

 

We are looking to recruit an experienced, hardworking, and driven Second Chef to help lead our kitchen team and continue the great food and excellent service we have become known for. Do you possess NVQ level 2 qualification or equivalent experience in food preparation and cooking or similar qualification. You must also be able to demonstrate a passion for fresh food, high consistency, and the ability to motivate yourself occasionally deputising in the absence of the Venue Lead Chef.

 

You must be available to weekday and weekend breakfast and lunch. You will also be required to work evenings when we host events.
