We are looking for a part-time receptionist to provide front of house services at the Harborough Innovation Centre.
The Harborough Innovation Centre (HIC) provides support services to new and start-up businesses in the District. As the first point of contact for customers visiting and residing in the building, you will work as part of a team delivering first class, professional customer service, both internally and externally. Ensuring all enquiries are processed to the required performance standards and complying with the Council’s policies & procedures are key responsibilities of this post.
Applicants should have previous experience of administrative and clerical duties and possess good customer liaison skills. Duties also include provision of a telephony service and mail handling on behalf of the businesses associated with the Innovation Centre. Flexibility will be required to cover holidays and sickness.
All applicants should be aware that any employee, who is at threat of redundancy at the time of a position being advertised, will have priority status.
