Are you dynamic, enthusiastic, and good at dealing with people from all walks of life?

Brighton and Hove City Council is committed to delivering a sustainable environment in the city and greater Brighton area, and to supporting the vulnerable in our community. The funds collected will be used to assist and promote these issues, and numerous other services, across the whole city.

We are offering full and part time roles, working between 7.30am and 7pm, with variable shifts available to suit your work life balance, and giving you greater flexibility.  You will have a phased induction - our offices are in the city centre close to the seafront, although we are currently working remotely due to COVID19. Over the coming months Brighton and Hove City Council will be developing a hybrid working scheme.

To help us increase the funds we have to positively support our community, we want enthusiastic people to help collect money from organisations and individuals who can afford to pay taxes, or who have used council services, but owe the council money. and you will be part of a team contacting residents and organisations to make affordable repayments, helping those in financial difficulties to access the help they need.
