This role involves providing a comprehensive, proactive and confidential administrative support service to TMO Chairs, Committee Members and residents, particularly in respect of AGMs and Committee Meetings. The successful candidate will be working with resident committees to achieve successful outcomes. The successful candidate will have an aptitude for committee administration, excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, prioritisation, organisational and customer service skills and the ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and a range of other IT packages to a high standard.
- Provide a quality service to TMO Chairs, Committee Members and residents in respect of Committee Meetings and AGMs. Provide a comprehensive, proactive and confidential administrative support to TMO Committees ensuring that all agreed timescales and service standards are met.
- Support and develop the TMO Committees including attending Committee and other meetings/events out of normal office hours, including community events, TMO events and away days/away weekends.
- Provide a responsive highly supportive and proactive administrative and secretarial service as required.
- Assist the Head of Communities/Area Operations Manager/Resident Services Manager to prepare and present reports, in a timely fashion, for the TMO Committees as required.
