We are looking for individuals who provide a proactive, solution-focussed, professional financial service to our business. You will play a key role in supporting our large and diverse communities by providing a service to a number of key stakeholders across the business including Directors and Senior Leadership Teams. Your focus will be ensuring the accuracy of budget, budget monitoring, financial analysis, adding value to decision making and high-performing team management. You will provide solutions, insight and advice to both support and constructively challenge services to help achieve their objectives, whilst underpinned by strong financial management.

You will be creative with a fresh thinking approach and the ability to challenge and innovate. The ideal candidate will be a strong, strategic and inspirational leader an exceptional collaborator, able to navigate and manage different stakeholder needs and multiple demands in a fast-paced environment. You will be passionate about managing finances to make improvements and implement real change?
