Working to the Head of Partnerships and Performance, the post holder will provide project management support for the implementation of the Council’s shared vision for the Integration of health and social care Hub Development Programme. The post holder will work with the Hub Programme Manager to provide strong project management for the Hub Programme and related workstreams. Maintaining effective working relationships both internally and externally to realise the ambitions of the programme, supporting the implementation of the Programme Plans, liaising closely with a wide range of Health and Care Partners.
The post holder will help to maintain a robust project management framework, providing programme assurance, highlighting dependencies, interfaces and risks, challenging assumptions and ensuring all considerations have been fully evaluated. This includes working with commissioned consultants to support the development of Business Cases, Schedules of Accommodation and Design Principles. Importantly also the post holder will provide project management support to the underpinning workstreams that will influence joint working arrangements for the co-located teams.
The post holder requires significant change management experience, working within a multi-disciplinary, complex project management environment. Alongside a proven track record of delivering tangible results that are complex or technical in their nature, the postholder will have excellent people skills as well as a methodical approach and good attention to detail.
