Hours: 25 hours, 8.30am - 2.30pm, Monday to Friday
Paid weeks per year: 44.85 inclusive of holiday entitlement
Fixed term: Until 31st August 2022

Mile Oak Primary School is a large primary school in Portslade with 483 pupils currently on roll. About the role
We are looking to appoint a calm, enthusiastic and approachable colleague to join our team. As a ‘front of house’ Admin Support Assistant, you will have the ability to relate well to children and adults and provide comprehensive administrative support to the school. You should have experience of general clerical/administrative work, excellent organisation and communication skills and an understanding of relevant technology, particularly communication & other media platforms.
You will be fully supported in this role by our School Business Manager / Admin Team and you will receive appropriate training and continuing professional development where necessary.
Combined with above post Mid-day Supervisory Assistant
Contract Type: Fixed term until 31st August 2022
Working Pattern: Part Time
Minimum Annual Salary: Scale 1-2 £18,328.21
Maximum Annual Salary: Scale 1-2 £18,933
The above salary range will be pro-rated for part-time hours, term time only working.
Hours per week: 5 hours, 12.15 pm – 1.15 pm, Monday to Friday
Paid weeks per year: 43.70 weeks per year (inclusive of holiday entitlement)
Start date: As soon as possible
To be responsible for the supervision and to ensure the safety of pupils in all areas inside or outside the school building throughout the midday break.
