An exciting opportunity has arisen for a self-motivated individual to promote joint working between the Council, private landlords and letting agencies to ensure we maximise the opportunity of homeless prevention.
We are looking to recruit an individual who can assist in the delivery of high-quality tenancy services, including tenancy sustainment, enforcement and involvement. You will ensure relevant housing legislation and good practice is followed and work alongside other agencies to support our tenants
A strong commitment to providing ongoing exceptional customer service is an essential requirement of this role.
