Capital Works Manager – Permanent - Full Time 36.25 hours per week
Band H £39,880 to £43,857 per annum
Do you have the experience, ability and enthusiasm to help us take the next step to expand our repairs and improvement service?
Can you bring a new team of Team Leaders, Chargehands and Trades Operatives together to deliver an excellent service to our customers on time and on budget?
Is working with colleagues from the wider Housing Service and beyond to shape and deliver programs of work something you excel at?
If you can answer ‘yes’ to all of the above and can provide examples of your achievements during your career then we want to hear from you.
You must have a sound knowledge and understanding of relevant Health and Safety legislation, be able to demonstrate that you are proficient using tools to plan work programs, control and claim costs. You’ll also need to be proficient at report writing and have excellent verbal communication skills. A current full driving licence is a requirement for the postholder as site visits are a key part of the role
