The Sandstone Trust is seeking to make the following permanent appointment to the Finance Team.  The successful applicant’s role will be to support the Finance Manager in the running of the Academy’s Finance systems.  The successful candidate will have a good understanding of financial accounting procedures and processes, previous experience in an Academy or School is desirable but not essential.

FINANCE ASSISTANT

37 hours per week, 41 weeks per year

41 weeks per year includes INSET days plus two weeks

working during school holidays

N.B. There is a possibility of working from home during the three weeks which involve working during school holidays and on school INSET days. 

Grade 3 (SCP4) – actual salary £17,098.08 p.a.

Monday to Thursday 8:00 a.m.to 4.00 p.m. –

Friday 8.00 a.m. to 3.30 p.m.
