Adult Social Care South/North

Sefton are looking for a number of Full Time/PT Permanent /Fixed Term Social Workers for the Adult Social Care Team.  

As a qualified social worker, you will contribute to the operational delivery of an effective Adult Social Care service as part of a team responsible for promoting the welfare of and continuously improving outcomes for individuals.

You will manage a defined case load delivering high quality assessments and support plans that address the needs of vulnerable people through the commissioning of individual packages of care, whilst managing the reputation of the Council.
