PA/Executive Assistant (Corporate Services)

The role:

The successful candidate will provide high quality organisational and administrative support to the Director (Corporate Services) and other senior officers within the Corporate Services Directorate which encompasses Finance, IT and Digital Services, Information Governance, Audit & Counter Fraud, Revenues & Benefits, Transformation and Climate Change.  To be successful, applicants will need to be able to demonstrate excellent organisational and communication skills, strong IT skills and be committed to delivering a high level of customer service, both internally and externally. Previous administrative experienced would be an advantage.

This role is offered on a part-time basis and as a job-share, working Monday/Tuesday in week    one and Wednesday/Thursday/Friday in week two.
