Reporting to the Housing IT Systems Manager, you will be responsible for the system development and introduction of new Housing IT software applications and system functionality. You will ensure that they meet the needs and expectations of the business, and be responsible for the management of their inter-dependencies including governance, risks and issues arising. You will also ensure that the service maximises the potential of existing information technology to enhance customer services and improve business efficiency.
Ideally, you will have successful experience of delivering multi-functional software implementations within a diverse and complicated business environment. You will also have experience of managing the interests of multiple stakeholders to deliver shared and conflicting objectives effectively.
Good organisational and time management skills will be critical in order to prioritise demanding workloads and meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
Specialist knowledge of business functions associated with ICT systems used within a social housing environment would be an advantage as would a formal project management qualification e.g. PRINCE2, AGILE, ITIL
