We are seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to join our Inclusion Senior Management Team. The person must be able to work across education, health, and social care with a proven track record of management, multi-agency working, challenge and improved outcomes.
The individual will work as part of the wider Inclusion Senior Management Structure contributing to an improvement team consisting of the Head of Service Inclusion, Education Improvement Officer SEND, 0-25 Service Manager and the Principle Educational Psychologist.
The post holder will line manage several managers within the service as well as contribute to the wider SEND Improvement agenda, leading on key projects and work streams as directed by the Head of Service.
