Do you have demonstrable experience of working with the public and basic knowledge of Parking legislation? If yes, we want to hear from you.
We have an exciting opportunity within the Neighbourhood Services division where you enforce the Waiting, Loading and other associated Traffic Regulations relating to both “On” and “Off” Street parking; and keep accurate records according to legal requirements.
In this vital role, you will undertake patrols and inspections to enforce all “On” and “Off Street” parking offences reportable under the Penalty Charge Notice Scheme and issue Penalty Charge Notices to specified standards and provide required evidence for adjudication’s. Advise members of the public as required especially on minor parking enquiries and parking matters according to customer care and other policies and procedures.
You must have knowledge of Customer Care Principals, Basic knowledge of Parking legislation or NVQ 2 Parking Control or equivalent in-depth experience.
